Your Grow Through, What You Go Through...

Now, I’ve learned to embrace my feelings rather then brush them off. Sadness isn’t a sign of weakness, its an emotion that all of us experience from time to time. As crazy as this may sound, crying makes me feel better (I honestly believe I cry every week lol). Crying allows me to get all of my frustrations out, which is usually followed by giving myself a nice little pep talk to move past it.
